Rosary
I've made this 108 bead rosary for a friend's grandma:)....she wanted one as soon as she saw just one of these beads a few days back...so I made another 107....and here the rosary is:)
I work with macaroni, spaghetti ,wires of various kinds, plug pins, safety pins, paper clips, paper, clay and lots more.
Primarily self taught, I have had the privilege of interacting with and learning from the masters around the globe in various fields of creative expression.
Each piece is individually handcrafted and the process is very challenging and creatively satisfying.
I choose to amalgamate various processes and my experiences in the jewelry I create.
It began with a compulsive urge to create beautiful work with my hands. ….and the tryst continues….. Beads, wire, thread, cord, ceramics, spaghetti, macaroni, enamelling, precious metal clay, Polymer clay, semi precious stones, precious metals, crystals and more are woven, stitched, hammered, crocheted, strung, textured, fired, sanded and finished into composite wholes that always have their unique stories to tell.
